Robert Toru Kiyosaki (born April 8, 1947) is an American investor, businessman, self-help author and motivational speaker. Kiyosaki is best known for his Rich Dad Poor Dad series of motivational books and other material published under the Rich Dad brand. Russell & Gail Jacka joined Amway in June 1977. Russell was a high school teacher and founded and ran a Charitable Youth Organisation which organised gigs with bands such as AC/DC to raise money to run a 6 night a week Youth Centre for suburban kids. Gail was a early childhood teacher and waitressed 3 or 4 nights a week. It took them 10 months to Silver, and 13 months to Ruby which effectively replaced their full time incomes. Gail retired to be a full time Mum...her dream...and had 3 children in 4 years, Belinda, Melanie and Adam. Russell retired at the age of 28 when Melanie was about to be born. Since then they have qualified for over 60 free incentive "events" all over the world. In 1986 they achieved Diamond and EDC in 1993. They live in New South Wales. Jack & Ying Zhou Double Diamond in Australia with over 300 Diamond in China are their largest team. Belinda the eldest is now married, works in real estate and has achieved the Platinum level, Melanie also a Platinum works in a Nursing Home while Adam works as a sponsoship manager for a large national company and he has a downline PlatinumGail and Russell serve on the "Strategic Task Force" (STF) with Amway Australia and are regarded as one of Australia's most successful Amway Business Leaders.
